On location in hospital and clinics, perform trouble shooting and quality assurance for a corporation-wide critical system implementation. Provide highly successful classroom and individual instruction. Consistently receive recognition from hospital staff and remediate where other trainers have failed. Designed database to enable analysis of complex interactions. Designed and performed all of the statistical and spacial analysis, using Arcview and SAS.
