Supervised development and data management staff at 57 Area Schools, 12 colleges, and 427 school districts. Evaluated staff and institutional performance and regulatory compliance. Conducted on-site reviews and audits. Designed software interfaces, databases and performance metrics. Trained executive and administrative staff in the use of software and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Wrote and presented lectures and classes. Lead small-group instructional sessions. Wrote training material and user documentation. Provided individual instruction and mentoring. Acted as primary contact for problem resolution. 

Tracked roving army ants through the Amazon rainforest for a University of Missouri research study. Built data collection interface and trained field personnel in its use. Designed database to enable analysis of complex interactions. Designed and performed all of the statistical and spacial analysis, using Arcview and SAS.

Taught Math and Reading to students ranging from six to eighteen years-of-age. Taught math ranging from basic counting to pre-calculus. Taught basic reading. Each student had an individual lesson plan. Taught three students at a time.
